Longo leaves intrasquad game after being hit by a pitch

Joe Smith and Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times are reporting that Longo took a pitch to the "fleshy part" of the hand from Matt Bush during a intrasquad game and has sustained a bruise. The Rays insist it's only a bruise and isn't gonna require an X-Ray.

We hear it but I, for one, still worry. We need Longo healthy from the get go this season and this doesn't help.
